Welcome to Royal Princesa Cruise. Our standard policies are derived from established Goa travel guidelines, adapted for our exclusive Mandovi River experiences. By booking a trip through our website or authorized agents, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking Basics
- Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the specified advance booking fee (₹300 per person) or full payment.
- The advance deposit secures your spot and is required for logistical planning; the remaining balance must be settled before boarding.
- Valid Government ID (Aadhaar, Passport, or Driving License) is mandatory for all guests at the Panjim boarding point.
- Incorrect or missing documents may result in denied entry—no refunds in such cases.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Our cancellation windows and penalties align with the local standard operating procedures of premium Goan facilitators. To keep our service standard high and fair for all travelers, we strictly enforce these terms:
Same-Day Cancellations: Strictly non-refundable. No exceptions.
One Day Before Tour: 100% cancellation penalty applies.
2–15 Days Before: 50% refund will be issued.
More than 15 Days Before: Full refund minus a processing fee (typically the advance deposit amount).
3. Trip Schedule & No-Show
- Guests are requested to reach the Panjim boarding point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure (8:30 PM).
- In case of a "No-Show" (failure to arrive at the designated time), the booking is forfeited without refund.
- We recommend travel insurance that covers cancellations or medical emergencies. We do not provide insurance and are not liable for uninsured losses.
4. Safety & Conduct
- For the comfort of all, ALCOHOL is strictly prohibited onboard. (This policy aligns with strict conservation area guidelines adapted for our premium safety standards).
- Carry a valid photo ID. Incorrect documents may deny entry, with no refund.
- Follow all safety instructions given by the Crew, Captain, and Safety Officers at all times.
- Guests are advised not to carry valuable items. You are responsible for your belongings and behavior during the trip.
- Any damage to ship property caused by a guest will be charged to the individual responsible.
5. Weather & Force Majeure
If your trip is affected by events beyond our control (weather, technical failure, or Government restrictions), we will offer a reschedule or refund based on Port Authority policies. If the meteorological department issues Red or Orange Alerts, we reserve the right to restrict the voyage without clarify reasoning.
6. Liability
Participants join the cruise at their own risk. Royal Princesa Cruise acts as facilitators. We are not liable for delays, damages, injuries, or health issues arising during or after the trip caused by external providers or natural events.
